You can create a Nubes account using your Apple ID, Gmail, or by registering with your email address.
If you forget your password, simply tap the “Forgot Password” link on the Nubes app login screen. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
We support multiple payment methods, including Apple Pay and Credit Card.
You can request to delete your Nubes account and associated data at any time. Simply log in to your account via the Nubes app or website to begin the process.
On the Nubes app:
- 1. Tap Profile
- 2. Tap Account Information
- 3. Tap Delete Account
- 4. Select a reason for your request
- 5. Tap Continue
- 6. Review the terms and conditions, then tap Delete Account to confirm
- 7. Once processed, tap OK
What is instant Cash Back?
On all purchases, you will receive cashback, and it will be instantly deducted from your total.
Nubes currently supports United States Dollar (USD – $) on all purchases. This allows for smooth and secure transactions using widely accepted payment methods.

- 1. Browse and select the eSIM you’d like to purchase.
- 2. Add it to your cart.
- 3. At checkout, look for the “Promo Code” field.
- 4. Enter your code and tap Apply.
- 5. Your discount will appear right away and your total will update automatically.
