The simplest way to see if your phone supports eSIM is by downloading the Nubes App and try to purchase a eSIM. If your device isn't compatible, a message will appear stating 'eSIM Not Supported.'
To check if your phone is carrier unlocked, go to: Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock.
If it displays 'No SIM Restrictions,' your phone is unlocked and ready for use.

To check if your laptop supports eSIMs, follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Click Network & Internet > Select Cellular
You'll be able to see if your laptop supports eSIMs or not on this screen.
We provide both single-region and multi-region plans to suit your travel needs. Depending on your destination, you can choose from the following options:
- • For travel to one country or region, a single-region plan is your best fit.
- • If you're visiting multiple countries within the same continent, a multi-region plan is recommended. Just double-check that the plan includes all the countries you intend to visit.
- • For trips spanning multiple continents, a global plan is the ideal solution.
Currently, we don’t have this service.
We suggest installing your eSIM on the day you travel to ensure you're connected as soon as you arrive at your destination. Activation requires an internet connection, so please make sure you have reliable internet access during the setup process.
